Ohana Hale is the Hawaiian inspired playhouse designed and donated by Cara Kuroda Design for the  Dreams Happen Playhouse Auction and fundraiser. 

 

Dreams Happen is a biennial fundraising event that benefits Rebuilding Together Peninsula (RTP). RTP builds volunteer partnerships to rehabilitate homes and community facilities for low-income homeowners and neighbors – seniors, disabled, or families – so they can live independently in warmth and safety. 

 

Dreams Happen teams local architects/designers and builders in the design and construction of unique and elaborately designed life-sized children’s playhouses that are hosted and displayed at the Stanford Shopping Center. Cara Kuroda Design partnered with Peninsula Custom Homes who donated their time to build Ohana Hale. The beautiful paintings were created by Murals by Morgan.
