The interior renovation and remodel transformed a water damaged interior into a refreshed modern marvel. In looking at the best way to put the house back together, it became clear that the existing kitchen and eat-in dining was located in a portion of the house with little sunlight. The remodel rearranged rooms in order to relocate the kitchen adjacent to a light filled courtyard. This arrangement resulted in a continuous open plan connecting the kitchen, dining, and living/family areas. The guest bathroom, laundry and master bathroom were remodeled into an updated layout and palette.
